Greenstone is holding a webinar on 'Unlocking ESG data to simplify the reporting challenge' on Thursday 23 September at 11 am EST (4 pm UK).
This event is being held in conjunction with Climate Week NYC, taking place September 20-26. Hosted annually by international non-profit the Climate Group in conjunction with the United Nations, Climate Week NYC is a global opportunity to come together to accelerate climate action and assess progress ahead of COP26.
In 2021, our world is driven by data. As the demand for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) measurement and disclosure grows, the importance of accurate data in this space is increasing as never before.
There are many challenges when it comes to the collection, management and reporting of ESG data. The pool of stakeholders, decision-makers and investors that require this data is expanding and disclosure to different frameworks can feel overwhelming.
In this webinar, with a guest speaker from the Value Reporting Foundation, Greenstone will discuss how to unlock ESG data to simplify the reporting challenge.
- The growing demand for ESG data collection, analysis and disclosure
- How ESG performance metrics are playing a key role in decision making and risk management
- Top 3 things investors look for in ESG data
- How ESG data in 2021 is collaborative – company-wide accountability (rather than ESG / sustainability team)
- Beyond collection – getting the right data into the hands of stakeholders, decision-makers and investors
- How technology can enable accurate and robust ESG data collection
