Head of New Business Development EMEAA
As Greenstone’s Head of New Business Development EMEAA, my role is to support new clients along their ESG reporting journey. I build close relationships with clients and work to understand their business, their ESG strategy, and how Greenstone can help them meet their goals. My background is in IT sales, and I have always found it rewarding meeting new people and understanding how we can be successful together. Today it is more important than ever to move away from old processes and old ways of working to achieve a positive social and environmental impact. It has been fantastic to join a company like Greenstone, knowing that every day I am making a small difference.
Outside of work, I have a wide range of hobbies that I’m passionate about. Fitness wise, I love lifting weights and wish I enjoyed running as much! I also love music, and try to attend as many concerts and festivals as I can. When I’m feeling particularly brave, you might even find me performing at an open mic night.
Sustainability Consultant
Prior to my work at Greenstone, I achieved a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham. I started my first year of work in an EPC consultancy working on projects helping clients improve their building efficiency and ensuring their compliance.
My role at Greenstone enables me to support clients along their sustainability journeys, inspiring companies to make the right changes. I have always had a passion for the environment and nature and working at Greenstone in the environmental sector allows me to combine my life passions with my work.
When I am not at work you will catch me doing yoga, trying new hobbies and new plant-based recipes and being outside and connecting with nature, exploring the natural world!
Developer
As a developer in Greenstone, I’m part of a team taking customer experience to the next level, helping clients to get the most out of their data by creating new ways for them to utilise it, and improving the ways we already do!
Since getting my master’s at Loughborough University, I’ve spent six years in another Enterprise Software company, creating solutions for Facilities, Property, and Real Estate Management solutions, with clients all over the high street. Greenstone was my chance to be a real part of something positive, and a great next step for me.
Outside of work I enjoy a chilled life, visiting local coffee shops and wilderness areas, some casual reading, and slowly attempting to make mine and my partner’s flat a home.
Accounts Assistant
Prior to Greenstone, I worked in multiple roles across different industries. From hospitality management, HR and fashion to the moment I found my passion for accounting. After my graduation with BA in Accounting and Finance, I had a great opportunity to work in hospitality and retail finance for a large international corporation but also as an accountant for movie productions, which was an exciting and interesting addition to my work experience.
I found my place at Greenstone where I can bring in my knowledge and experience but importantly continue learning and growing with and within the company. The role also gave me an amazing chance to share the same passion for sustainability with the vibrant and enthusiastic team.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and dog Max, socializing, travelling and reading. I also like to stay active, by actively buying several items of indoor gym equipment that I later use as 'fancy' decor in my place.`
Business Development Consultant
I’ve been working in the technology sector for 20+ years including a long stint at the BBC as an Interactive Producer. Since I attended a Climate Reality event (Al Gore's climate change initiative) some years ago, I've been interested in the intersection between business and climate change. The challenge of how businesses reconcile the pursuit of profit and growth, or in some cases just the company's survival, with the need to operate in a sustainable and less climate-detrimental way really fascinates me.
I am fortunate to work at Greenstone, where its software and solutions enable companies to accurately track and manage their emissions as well as a whole range of additional ESG metrics. As part of the business development team, I am responsible for looking at opportunities to grow our client base, building relationships with prospective customers, ensuring that we respond to enquiries in a timely manner and communicate clearly what we can deliver across our portfolio of services.
Outside of work, I am a keen runner and cyclist. I've also been nurturing a nascent interest in kayaking, not only locally on the River Thames, but further afield in places like Jersey and the Greek Islands.
Sustainability Consultant
As a Sustainability Consultant at Greenstone, I am able to combine my interest in data analysis with my desire to help clients achieve their sustainability-related goals. I achieved a BSc in Environmental Management (with Tourism) specialising in the management of National Parks from the University of the West of England Bristol. This degree highlighted the immense impacts that climate change has had on the environment and society altogether. To further my knowledge, I went on to achieve a MSc in Environmental Management – Sustainable Development from the same university. Prior to working at Greenstone, I had the opportunity to work in the water industry for 5 years in both the Bristol and London regions, which allowed me to work with a range of clients with diverse requirements.
I developed a passion for sustainability from an early age. I was born and raised on a farm in the Mashonaland West region of Zimbabwe and was fortunate to spend my childhood surrounded by nature. Since I was a child I have felt an immense connection toward nature and have always strived to have a positive impact on our planet.
Away from my desk, you will either find me baking up a storm in the kitchen, watching the latest wildlife documentaries or listening to the latest rhythm and blues music.
Developer
As a developer at Greenstone, I work on adding new features to the InvestorPortal product to meet the requests and needs of our clients. I also work closely with the product team to make sure our priorities are aligned with the current needs of the product and that any maintenance work is being performed as needed.
I’ve been working as a software developer in various roles for the past 4 years. I've previously worked for a cloud computing company and on MES factory automation. I joined Greenstone as working in the sustainability industry is something I feel passionate about.
In my spare time on a nice day, you'll often find me canoeing or searching for the next best café. Then when the weather takes a turn for the worse you'll catch me playing a good board game or staying up late to watch the NFL.
Chief Technology Officer
I'm Chief Technology Officer, responsible for ensuring that we are constantly blending the latest innovations in web-enabled software with the evolving requirements of our clients and the non-financial reporting space. With quarterly releases across two solution platforms, the Dev team is kept busy, but it’s rewarding work when we see our solutions being used across the globe.
I joined Greenstone bringing 20+ years of IT experience with me. I have designed and developed software for UK military and defence companies, aerospace and even the odd nuclear power station.
When away from the screen my time is spent balancing time with the family and getting away for the odd bit of climbing, cycling or fishing.
Chief Product Officer
I’ve worked in the sustainability sector for 15 years and been with Greenstone since 2012. Prior to my Greenstone role, I spent time at the Environment Agency, Carbon Trust and Ricardo consulting public and private sector companies on developing their environmental policies and delivering sustainability programmes.
As Chief Product Officer at Greenstone, I’m responsible for overseeing Greenstone’s overall product strategy. This includes being responsible for client delivery and product innovation. I also manage the Greenstone Enterprise product, making sure it evolves with the sustainability reporting landscape to meet our clients’ needs today and in the future.
Based in New York, I have also lived in London and Singapore so love to travel. I’m a bit of a hobby fiend actually so when I’m not baking, I’m either reading, planning treasure hunts or at some kind of music concert.
Head of New Business Development North America
As Head of New Business Development, North America my role is to support my relationships to shape and refine their ESG frameworks within their company. I am pleased to be a part of a firm that is a leader in this industry, whose product constantly evolves to meet the evolving landscape of sustainability on a global basis.
I’ve worked in the financial services industry for the past twenty years, for both international banks and companies in either a sales or relationship management role focusing primarily on investment management firms with respect to their operational infrastructure, including technology solutions. My move to Greenstone was prompted by my strong desire to work in the ESG industry in a dedicated role and thereby helping companies to make an impactful change across their organization.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking my two great danes for long walks and playing board games with my family. I also spend time researching ways of bringing “E” into my own household and started my first compost bin this past year. On the weekends you will find me in my garden incorporating native plants into my yard, most recently I incorporated a section dedicated to milkweed flowers that will help support the local monarch butterfly population.
Senior Developer
I have been working in IT for over 40 years in many different capacities and companies, but my real love is understanding customer requirements and developing solutions that meet those requirements. I have worked over the years on both front-end technologies, where we are developing the screens that the user directly interacts with, as well as back-end technologies which involve storing and accessing data. I have a particular skill in security and any software designs and implementations that I work on always have security at their heart.
Here at Greenstone, I work as a Senior Developer, designing and developing secure solutions across our range of products.
Outside of work, I love all things sports. These days I play golf, tennis, and cycle to keep fit. I also love my garden and sustainable gardening. My wife is the principal designer here and I do all the heavy lifting. In a good year, we open it to raise money for local charities. I also have a particular skill in growing large marrows, and I live in the hope that one year I will produce a record-breaker!
Sustainability Consultant
My passion for sustainability developed from my ambition to help businesses become more environmentally friendly and responsible for their actions. My role as a sustainability consultant at Greenstone has allowed me to do just that by working with a range of companies who all look to assess and ultimately reduce their environmental impact through a number of strategies.
Previous to working at Greenstone I completed a BSc in Environmental Science with a placement year working within the sustainability team of a multimillion-pound electronics company. After university, I moved to Whistler, Canada for two years to explore more of the natural world. These experiences alongside my degree have allowed me to develop my understanding of what drives businesses to become more sustainable and the most effective ways to do so.
At Greenstone, I am able to use my technical and data management skills to support client projects and their use of our software. I thoroughly enjoy working in an expanding industry within a progressive company who are always evolving with their clients best interests at heart.
I love travelling and learning about different cultures, skiing, scuba diving and watching sport - Especially Arsenal.
Software Tester
As a Software Tester at Greenstone, I work closely with the Development Team to ensure that the appropriate level of Software testing is performed and documented before releasing to clients.
My background is in Finance but I made a career move into IT- precisely Software Testing- a few years ago and haven’t looked back since.
I’ve had the great privilege of working for many global businesses across various sectors including Fashion, Brewery and Insurance.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching football and spending time with my family.
Sustainability Consultant
Prior to joining Greenstone, I completed a BSc in Geography at the University of Bristol with an Erasmus year in Grenoble, France. In recent years, both of these cities have been recognised for their sustainability initiatives and being exposed and involved in these was a key driver in my decision to become a sustainability consultant. During my degree, I also discovered the power of data analysis as a tool to better understand current and future environmental challenges.
My role at Greenstone allows me to combine my interest in data analysis with my desire to help businesses become more sustainable. Our client base is very diverse and I really enjoy understanding the different requirements of each client and advising them on their non-financial reporting and analysis of sustainability metrics.
In my free time, you will find me walking, running, or cycling in the great outdoors. When I am not being active then I will probably be experimenting in the kitchen, often with varied success.
Marketing Executive
As Marketing Executive at Greenstone, I work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships. Being involved in a broad range of marketing, communications and brand development campaigns, my role is all about enabling more companies to invest in sustainability.
I've always felt passionate about preserving our natural environment. As I'm actively trying at an individual level to live a sustainable lifestyle, I've realised that true change can only be made through communication.
I hold a Batchelor in Journalism and a Master in Digital Media. I have been working in Marketing for the past couple of years, and I have learned that choosing appropriate creative communications to reach out to companies can make an impact on the world.
I love vintage shopping, sewing while listening to music or discovering a new hobby to add to my list of many!
Sustainability Consultant
At Greenstone I work as Sustainability Consultant in the Client Services Team, where I support our clients on their ESG reporting journey. This position allows me to use my skills in reporting and data analysis with my passion and commitment towards a more sustainable planet.
I have always been passionate about nature and the environment, initially I started volunteering, then I decided to orient my career in that direction. As a result, I have a B.Sc. in Marketing and Business Management and two master’s degrees, one in Environmental Economics and the other in Environment Resource Management.
Before joining Greenstone I worked as Project Manager and Data Analyst in the social/energy efficiency industry, and as Pricing Analyst and Recycling Promoter in the waste management sector.
When not at work you can find me nurturing my plants, running at a local park, lost in a forest or stirring a risotto in the kitchen, if not at a gig or reading a book.
Developer
As part of Greenstone’s in-house development team, I am involved in the ongoing development and maintenance of our enterprise-level software. This often involves developing tailored reports for our clients to ensure they are getting true value out of their data. I also work with the Client Services team on the design and development of new solutions and modules.
I recently became a dad for the first time, which means the surfboarding and base jumping that I would have pretended to do, have been pushed aside for sleeping and beard growing. Occasionally I still get to read or get out and about, but frankly, I cannot remember life before my daughter.
Sustainability Consultant
Sustainability Consultant
Sustainability Consultant
As a sustainability consultant, I help clients achieve their sustainability-related targets. My work allows me to play a part in solving the sustainability issues that I was first exposed to at university.
I completed my BSc in Biology at Imperial College London. This degree highlighted the considerable impacts that climate change and unsustainable practices have on the environment and on society as a whole. To further my understanding of how I can help combat these problems, I decided to complete an MSc in Environmental Technology, also at Imperial College London, where I specialised in Environmental resource management. For a brief period, I worked as a data analyst, in which I was responsible for reporting on trends in the British vehicle fleet, such as the uptake of electric vehicles. My subsequent move to Greenstone was prompted by a growing desire to more directly engage with clients to solve sustainability issues.
When I’m not at work, you’re most likely to find me training at my local fencing club (I’m an épéeist), competing on the national circuit, or cooking something up in the kitchen.
Senior Sustainability Consultant
I joined Greenstone after a year of exploring the world; seeing its rainforests and oceans which every day I fight to protect in my work as a Sustainability consultant. I work with a diverse range of companies to address their environmental impacts and use the Greenstone software to provide beneficial analysis that can lead to positive change, which is something I find very rewarding. I have a masters in Environmental Governance and a background in Sustainability in the property sector.
I’m passionate about environmental stewardship and am involved with a number of climate change activist groups. I’m a firm believer that if we all made small changes on a mass scale we could make a huge positive impact in the world we’re living in today. Other than being a modern-day superhero – I love dogs, cakes and going to the gym.
Practitioner Member of IEMA.
Sustainability Consultant
I am a sustainability consultant at Greenstone within the EMEAA Client Services Team, where I work with clients in utilising our software to achieve their environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals and minimise their environmental impact. I also work to keep up to date with the latest sustainability developments and practices within the industry and a constantly evolving legislature.
Previously, I worked for a company specialising in software solutions for the tracking of supply chain environmental data, working closely with suppliers and clients to help improve ESG performance. I have also done freelance sustainability consulting for film and television, working closely with productions on data-driven solutions for reducing their environmental impacts. I studied earth sciences at the University of Durham and for a master’s in environmental science at Royal Holloway, University of London.
Outside of work I enjoy photography, hiking and cycling.
Head of Client Services
My work with Greenstone started in 2014 following a period with a sustainability and CSR consultancy. This previous position had a strong focus on developing and delivering sustainability-focused communications projects, reports and wider content for a variety of organisations.
I moved on from my previous role with the aim of being more involved with the data behind reporting; something Greenstone certainly allows me to do. As Head of Client Services, I am responsible for Greenstone’s overall client delivery, management of the client services team and new business development opportunities. I act as Project Director to a number of clients and it is rewarding to be able to build strong relationships and watch our client’s sustainability reporting grow through Greenstone’s innovative solutions and services.
Away from the desk, a lot of my spare time is spent pretending to still play (watch) sport and trying to stay relatively fit. Although I have lived in London for a number of years now, there are still plenty of local pubs to explore!
Practitioner Member of IEMA.
Chief Commercial Officer
As CCO, my role is to support clients across multiple industries during their process of deciding which ESG solution to deploy, helping them understand the ESG landscape and define their requirements, ensuring they select the right solution for their organisation. I also work with Greenstone’s teams to maintain the right balance of resources that enables us to continue delivering world-class solutions for our clients.
I have always been passionate about technology and its ability to transform the delivery of public services, drive business improvement, or innovate the way we live our lives. My career has provided me with experience across this spectrum, something I bring to my engagements with Greenstone’s clients.
My children keep me busy most weekends with their sporting activities and my days standing on a touchline have progressed to coaching my son’s football team, which is more stressful and rewarding than I expected! I live in an active village where someone is always available to join me on a run or cycle in the picturesque countryside of North Northamptonshire.
Software Developer
Growing up in Rio de Janeiro, I was exposed first-hand to both the beauty of nature and the abuse our environment is taking. I am very excited to be a part of Greenstone because I am able to employ my tech development skills to help solve urgent real-world problems while also learning more about the way we are tackling environmental challenges as a society.
My mission at Greenstone is to maintain legacy products and to work closely with the Product team to build new solutions that will help our clients to monitor their global environmental performance and impact.
Before Greenstone, I created software for a number of different industries including Insurance and Hospitality. This range of experience has helped me to build a more generalist view of software development, not only as a puzzle to be solved but as a tool to meet business needs.
My free time is spent visiting museums, hiking or torturing family and friends with my uniquely Brazilian takes on world cuisine.
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Head of Marketing & Partnerships
As Head of Marketing & Partnerships at Greenstone, my role is to market Greenstone to the outside world which, with a great team of specialists and fantastic software solutions to offer, is a real pleasure. Before Greenstone, I spent 5 years working for a global environmental consultancy; 18 months of which was spent in the US.
My role is pretty varied; one minute I am working with the team to produce fresh and interesting content for the website, or organising our latest topic-led webinar, the next I am meeting with a like-minded company to explore exciting ways in which we can work together. I manage our global partnership programme and work with our partners to ensure we build and maintain strong and successful relationships.
When I am not in the office, you’ll find me swimming in one of the great outdoor lidos in London, cooking for or eating with friends and family (I’m a real foodie!) or dancing away at a music festival or gig.
Senior Lead developer
I’m a Software Professional with more than 25 years of experience working on different technologies and sectors like Pharmaceutical, Financial, Risk and Security Management, Education, CRM, Communications, Consultancy, etc. I’m passionate about new technologies and methodologies that can positively impact the Business and I also love to work with people. I’m convinced that the best products and services come from the combination of technology, people and business culture.
I joined Greenstone feeling that this is a place where I can contribute to helping companies to be more sustainable and environmentally responsible.
As a Lead developer at Greenstone, I’m involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, but also in enhancing a team culture to use technologies in the most efficient way to deliver reliable Solutions and Services, and encouraging them to adopt methodologies that allow our clients to reach their goals in critical areas.
I have many interests, more than the time I have to pursue all of them. Favourites are spending time with my family, meeting with friends, listening, composing and producing music, reading and playing football or padel tennis, and reading about scientific advances.
Junior Developer
As a member of the software development team, my role is to maintain existing Greenstone products and develop new and exciting solutions for Greenstone customers. I’m really excited to be contributing to solutions that are contributing to saving the environment and helping businesses be more sustainable.
Before Greenstone, I studied Software Engineering and worked in many different roles and industries such as mechanical engineering and IT support.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing around with computer parts and experimenting with different system builds.
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Greenstone, my role is to ensure we have the right team and solutions in place to keep our clients happy and stay ahead of their evolving requirements in the constantly changing world of measuring, managing and reporting non-financial information.
Fortunately, I’ve had an eclectic past working with a variety of organisations in strategy, innovation, technology, marketing and operations in both commercial and NGO sectors, across multiple geographies. The blend of client management, innovation, subject matter expertise and software development at Greenstone draws from all of those experiences in a unique way and makes every day an interesting one.
Away from work, my weekends are taken up by watching school sport and pursuing impractical endurance cycling and climbing ambitions. I also keep active in the third sector through SOS Children’s Villages UK where I’m a Trustee and OnPurpose where I help mentor the next generation of social enterprise leaders.
Sustainability Consultant
Prior to working at Greenstone, I achieved a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham specialising in sustainability, I then completed an MSc in Climate Change from UCL to further my knowledge.
I developed a passion for sustainability from an early age and I’ve always strived to have a positive impact on the planet. From working with CDP on their 2021 scoring cycle to writing my dissertation about the impact of fossil fuels on health, I am always trying to stay up to date with the latest environmental rules and regulations. This, combined with my data analysis skills I developed throughout my degrees, led me to becoming a sustainability consultant for Greenstone. My role allows me to work with a range of clients with varying requirements, making every day interesting.
When I’m not at work you can find me crocheting on the sofa, exploring the latest make up trends or at the pub with my housemates.
Sustainability Consultant
I am a Sustainability Consultant at Greenstone where I support our clients along their sustainability journey. I joined Greenstone for the possibility to work on a variety of different projects from carbon accounting to responsible investments.
Before Greenstone, I have been the Sustainability Manager of a London start-up dealing with electronic waste focusing my attention on product carbon footprint and waste management. I also worked in the University sector on a project assessing the sustainability of the production process of a new type of biofuel. I hold a BSc in Environmental Sciences and an MSc in Environmental Management.
Whenever I get the chance I ditch the chair and look for basketball courts or new cycling climbs around London. I am a bit of a sports freak, but also a real food lover. Every occasion is good to start making the dough for the next pizza night.
Managing Director, North America
My role at Greenstone is to jointly lead the growth of our business in North America and replicate the success that has been achieved in other parts of the world.
Previously, throughout my career, I have joined small to medium growing businesses and worked within them across a variety of functional capacities. Regardless of my functional role, the emphasis has always been on ensuring great customer experience, growing the business and developing teams internally. My first exposure to ESG and sustainability was through a private equity investment role which allowed me to both evaluate new investments through this lens and to evaluate our own business and our impact. From this experience, I decided to focus my career on this burgeoning area. Other industry experience includes office automation, agricultural biotechnology, consulting and banking.
In my free time, I pursue a number of activities including music (I play guitar and piano), golf (poorly) and generally trying to stay in shape as I age.
Product Development Manager
I started my working life as an industrial chemist in South Africa working in a number of manufacturing facilities in quality control and research. In 1990, with my partner, I moved to the UK and found work with ICI paints in the research laboratories, and then later into IT as a business analyst mainly in the testing and training of bespoke software packages.
A few years on, I joined CoreRatings which was a corporate responsibility rating agency providing independent investment analysis of corporate responsibility risks. I then joined URS Corporation as a corporate responsibility consultant where some of the projects I was involved in included the calculation of the clients’ carbon emissions.
By happy coincidence, my role at Greenstone includes science, IT business analysis and corporate responsibility. My responsibilities include ensuring that all specifications for the Greenstone software are accurate, that all new releases are tested and robust, whilst looking after a number of clients including Fujitsu who were our first client.
Away from Greenstone, I enjoy travelling, although the desire to visit family in South Africa rather limits the holiday left for other travel, sport (watching rather than participating), gardening and walking in the beautiful Surrey countryside.
Sustainability Consultant
As a Sustainability Consultant on the North American Client Services team, I help our clients use Greenstone products to progress their ESG goals and scale social and environmental initiatives.
My formative experiences in nature have led me to an academic and professional career in sustainability. I had the opportunity to study at NYU Gallatin where I graduated with a BA in Sustainable Business and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. At NYU, I focused on corporate sustainability, urban ecology and circular design. Prior to joining Greenstone, I was a social entrepreneur working on upcycling innovation within the coffee industry, as well as a recycling researcher at NYU’s Center for Sustainable Business. In these experiences, I found that many clients and organizations want to make a positive difference in the world but lack the guidance or tools to do so; this is why I joined Greenstone.
Growing up in Southern California, I was fortunate to spend my childhood surfing, exploring California’s coasts and mountains, and falling in love with nature photography. In my free time, I try to get outdoors as much as possible, camping and surfing on the weekends. I also love to garden and cook, take photos, and try new coffees from around the world.
Sustainability Consultant
At Greenstone, I sit on the client services team helping North American based clients calculate and report ESG metrics for their internal and external stakeholders. Before coming to Greenstone, I worked at another sustainability software company as an intern. I spent most of my time outlining the value and connectivity of sustainability reporting standards such as CDP, TCFD, and the SDGs to the software.
I recently graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. I was eager to rejoin the sustainability space after graduation and ecstatic to have landed at Greenstone, an established industry leader. I am fascinated by the intersection of sustainability and business and see data as a crucial mechanism for positive corporate social action.
As a new resident to New York City, in my spare time I love exploring the classic tourist sites, walking the Highline, and searching for the best pizza.

Domain expertise entails Banking, Financial, Mortgages, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals & Manufacturing industries.
I like to spend time with my family and friends in my free time. I do like watching documentaries or web series.
Junior Developer

My position at Greenstone provides me with an opportunity to have a positive influence on the environment by taking part in projects that support the sustainability of businesses. Moreover, as a recent graduate, I can learn from others, get valuable experience and further develop my skillset.
Prior to Greenstone, after I graduated from university as a software developer, I was working as a freelancer, designing and implementing various websites and web applications. Before that, in search of the right career path, I worked in a range of different industries, from the financial sector to the coffee industry.
In my free time, I enjoy making coffees and practising latte art. Also, I am interested in video games and like to spend either developing my masterpiece or wasting hours playing them.
Developer
I’m part of the development team here at Greenstone. It is my job to add enhancements to our systems to meet customers’ requirements, additionally, I often work closely with the customer service teams to perform maintenance tasks to keep our systems running smoothly.
I’ve been working as a software developer in various roles for over 5 years now, which suggests that I must be enjoying it on some level. My previous roles have seen me working in the property management sector as well as in pay-to-play amateur sports.
I’m really into my sport, especially football, so on a weekend you might find me at some sports ground or other watching two teams run around until one of them eventually wins.

Sustainability Consultant
At Greenstone, I work with North American clients to improve their ESG performance with Greenstone's software solutions. I have a background in business and sustainable development that led me to a career in corporate sustainability.
I've worked on projects with various clients and partners related to the circular economy, sustainable development, and social inclusion. Prior to that, I worked in corporate finance and private equity investment. My cross-sector experience helps me understand different perspectives and connect with diverse clients at Greenstone.

Before Greenstone, I studied Music and Theatre and then worked in a number of different roles and industries. These included finance, administration, and HR for several corporations. It wasn't until I completed a software boot camp course last year that I finally discovered my passion and my calling as a Developer. The opportunity to be creative and problem solve in a professional capacity is what I enjoy most about my role.
When not at work you'll normally find me producing music, acting, running or travelling when I can.
Senior Sustainability Consultant
As a Senior Sustainability Consultant on the Client Services Team, I assist our North American clients with their use of Greenstone's software to help meet their sustainability goals and improve their ESG performance.
My background prior to Greenstone is also in the software space, where I previously worked with large corporations across the globe to manage the EHS and ESG performance of their supply chains. I hold a BS in Environmental Studies and an MPH in Environmental Health. I’ve also earned professional designations including Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) and Associate Safety Professional (ASP). I enjoy the continuing education that the ever-changing landscape of sustainability brings and appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with Greenstone's diverse set of clients.
When not working, some of my favourite activities include hiking, running, playing the piano, and walking my corgi in the park. Having recently moved to NYC, I love exploring all the wonderful things the city has to offer – especially the food!
Product Analyst
Working in the product team, my job is to help ensure our product suite continues to deliver a valuable service to our customers. This involves turning customer requests or feedback into new product features and adapting the software to an ever-changing sustainability reporting landscape.
I originally studied law and changed careers a few times until I landed on sustainability, with a focus on technology solutions. Prior to joining Greenstone, I worked as a carbon and product analyst for a New Zealand based tech start-up that provides consumer-led carbon offsetting solutions. In this role, I screened offsetting projects to ensure they were high quality, helped customers with carbon calculation requirements and acted as legal counsel.
In my spare time, I’ll be trying to play tennis, squash, golf, or guitar, planning my next ski trip or happily curled up watching a movie.
Finance Director
In September 2015, I joined the board of Greenstone as Finance Director, having previously spent twenty-five years in the commodities and financial services sectors, operating across a wide spectrum of businesses in general management and financial roles.
I have been fortunate to travel extensively, previously living in Holland and Switzerland and have held a variety of roles from Managing Director of a global coffee business to more recently operating as a Finance Director of a UK retail business.
I enjoy the financial and operational challenges of working in an innovative and fast-moving business like Greenstone and think that our team of client-focused consultants really sets us apart.
Outside of work I am an avid consumer of most sports and have to suffer the pain of watching West Ham most weekends. I like to get away to our ‘bolt hole’ in Norfolk where I spend lots of time with family and walking our dog on glorious empty beaches. I also act as a charity Treasurer and Trustee for a registered branch of the Samaritans.
Sustainability Consultant
Working as a sustainability consultant in Greenstone allows me to use my data management and technical skills to help clients achieve their sustainability goals. Having the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients in different industries allows me to make a real impact in the achievement of a more sustainable future.
Before working at Greenstone, I completed a Bachelors in Economics, Leadership and Governance and MSc in Public Policy. During my master's degree, I conducted assessments on environmental, economic, and social policies. For example, I investigated the efficiency of introducing a national land value tax to increase accessibility to housing and promoting a more sustainable and efficient use of land. Before my studies, I worked in the agri-food industry as a sustainability intern where I assisted the company in the development of different strategies on GHG emissions, circular economy and plastic reduction.
I was born and raised in the Basque Country, a mountainous area surrounded by the sea. Since I was a kid, I felt a big connection towards nature as my parents encouraged me to do different outdoor activities like hiking and surfing. I also love playing the guitar and listening to rock and electronic music.
