After becoming a firm partner, she created the role of Head of ESG & Sustainability, through which she built a robust sustainability program that facilitated the firm becoming the 3rd non-impact US PE firm to achieve B Corp status and won multiple industry awards for excellence in ESG.
She recently partnered with Nidhi Chadda (Enzo Advisors, LLC) to create a premier consulting firm focused on supporting companies to strengthen sustainable business practices to drive value creation. Genie has received numerous industry awards, including: N.O.W.
