Greenstone is holding a webinar on 'The TCFD recommendations and how they support a long-term ESG journey' on Wednesday 1 December at 11am New York | 4pm London.
Climate disclosure in line with the TCFD recommendations increased more between 2019 and 2020 than in any previous year, consistent with the global action around climate-related reporting. In a year of action on climate change, it is a testament that more than 2,600 organisations have expressed their support for the TCFD recommendations – spanning 89 countries and a combined market capitalisation of over $25 trillion.
As companies around the world set ambitious climate goals and targets, the TCFD framework is increasingly underpinning how they govern and report on the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Following the release of TCFD’s 2021 status report, Greenstone is holding a 30-minute webinar that will cover:
- An overview of the TCFD recommendations
- Key takeaways from the TCFD 2021 status report
- The growing investor demand for accurate climate and ESG disclosure
- How to report climate risks and opportunities
- The importance of disclosing Scope 3 emissions
