Climate disclosure in line with the TCFD recommendations increased more between 2019 and 2020 than in any previous year, consistent with the global action around climate-related reporting. In a year of action on climate change, it is a testament that more than 2,600 organisations have expressed their support for the TCFD recommendations – spanning 89 countries and a combined market capitalisation of over $25 trillion.
As companies around the world set ambitious climate goals and targets, the TCFD framework is increasingly underpinning how they govern and report on the transition to a low-carbon economy.
