About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role has a focus on leading the software development team as well as a senior developer role. Our ideal candidate will likely possess a University degree or equivalent and have experience as follows:

• Professional software development experience of 5 years+ with C# and .NET, web applications including Angular, Web Forms/MVC, Web API, REST Services, Entity Framework, Unit Testing, AzureDevOps, and Microsoft SQL
• Senior developer experience of 2 years+ with full SDLC knowledge, software development patterns and best practices, project lead, team lead, task delegation, and developer mentoring.
• Experienced with waterfall and Agile design methodologies; creating design documentation, roadmaps, and coding standards.
• Possess strategic product vision and contribute/recommend technology stacks or solutions
• Achieve Microsoft Certified Status and independent certifications in project management/ITIL service delivery
• Independently lead and deliver multiple simultaneous and key projects, providing weekly status updates and adapting team priorities in line with review feedback
• Take responsibility for team management and resource planning requirements
