About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing Products Team as a Product Analyst for Greenstone’s investor software tools. The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity and resourcefulness, be able to work under pressure, have experience meeting deadlines and performing at a high standard, whilst also delivering results from end to end. The successful candidate would need to have a degree of experience, ideally with at least 2 year’s commercial experience in a SaaS product environment.

This Product Analyst role is specifically focused on Greenstone investor ESG software and therefore a knowledge of this area (ESG reporting in private equity, investor ESG, investor sustainability frameworks) will be a requirement.

This is a great opportunity for the right person who is passionate about product and has relevant experience within the software product development space. The role requires an ability to understand evolving user requirements and journeys, keep abreast of reporting requirements, specify and manage product changes, deliver roadmaps while also keeping a focus on future requirements in the investor ESG space. It’s an amazing opportunity for someone junior/mid level to join a product team in a fast-growing company with significant opportunity for you to grow and progress.

The key responsibilities of the roles will include:

• Working with the Head of Product to ensure the ongoing development of the products are in line with the market and client needs.
• Ensure the product roadmap is actively managed.
• Maintain a strong content understanding - methodologies, frameworks, trends, market initiatives.
• Own and deliver requirement specifications.
• Conduct user story testing on new items to ensure they need specifications.
• Use market information to ensure product remains competitive and differentiated.
• Maintain up to date awareness of current and emerging competitors.
• Review product performance, support requirements and issues.
• Coordinate feedback and deliver training to client services team on product changes.

• Title: Product Analyst
• Permanent role – London office (Soho) with hybrid flexibility
• Reporting to Head of Product
• Monday – Friday (9am-6pm)

The person

• Highly numerate with an attention to detail and quality assurance
• Problem solver
• Ideally 2 + years’ experience in sustainability + software products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and a problem-solving mentality
